摘    要:目的:考察注射用阿莫西林/舒巴坦在3种液体中的稳定性,为临床合理使用药物提供依据。方法:选择4℃、25℃、37℃,在3h内观察配伍液外观、pH值变化,并用RP-HPLC法测定阿莫西林与舒巴坦的含量。结果:稳定性和光照、温度和溶媒有关,在NS中较为稳定。结论:注射用阿莫西林/舒巴坦在葡萄糖注射液(GS)中较为稳定,宜选用GS为溶媒。

Abstract:Objective To study the compatible stability of Amoxicillin/ Sulbactam in three kinds infusion solutions with RP-HPLC method so as to offer a scientific basis for rational use of drug in clinical practice. Method The external appearance and PH values of the mixed solution were observed, and the contents of Amoxicillin and Sulbactam were determined by RP-HPLC method at 4 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃ for 3 hours. Results The stability was related to temperature ,time and different kinds infusion solutions. Conclusion The stability of Amoxicillin/ Sulbactam Sodium is highest in NS, so the best infusion solution is NS.
