睾丸扭转37例诊治体会

目的提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平,减少误诊发生。方法回顾性分析37例睾丸扭转患者的资料,结合文献进行分析。结果37例患者中,均进行手术探查。其中25例睾丸坏死行睾丸切除,12例行睾丸复位及固定术。12例保留睾丸患者随访发现2例睾丸萎缩,其余10例睾丸大小、形态基本正常。结论彩色多普勒超声波检查是睾丸扭转的敏感、特异性的检查,及时、正确的诊断,早期手术探查,对保护睾丸功能,避免切除有重大意义。

Diagnosis and treatment of 37 cases of testis torsion

Objective To improve the level in diagnosis and treatment of testis torsion.Methods The clinical data of thirty seven cases were reviewed,and their results of diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Results Operation had been done in all these cases,orchiectomy had been performed in 25 of them,and reconversion of torsion and fixation were done in 12 cases.The atrophy of testis was seen in two cases during the follow-up period.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonic detection is the first choice for diagnosis of testis torsion.It should be emphasized that early recognition of testis torsion,early diagnosis and timely treatment are keys for avoidance of orchiectomy.
