脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白的变化及临床意义

目的探讨脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)含量的变化及其临床意义。方法随机选择57例脑梗死患者,检测其高敏C反应蛋白的血清水平。观察脑梗死不同病情含量变化,并分析与患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分的相关性。结果脑梗死患者的血清hsCRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。脑梗死不同临床分型组间血清hsCRP水平比较,重型组明显高于中型、轻型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。脑梗死患者血清hsCRP含量与临床神经功能缺损程度评分呈正相关(r=0.255,P<0.05)。结论血清hsCRP水平增高与脑组织受损程度有密切关系。hsCRP升高可能是脑梗死发病的一个危险因素。hsCRP升高对治疗及估计预后有指导意义。

Changes in High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Cerebral infarction and Their Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate sequential changes in serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) concentration in the patients with acute cerebral infarction and their clinical significance. Methods Fifty-seven patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected at random. The levels of serum hs-CRP in various groups were measured. Sequential changes in hs-CRP were observed. The relativity between hs-CRP level and neurologic impairment degree was analyzed. Results The level of serum hs-CRP in acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). In the groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction, the level of serum hs-CRP increased significantly in the severe patient group than in the slight or moderate group (P<0.01). Conclusion The rise of hs-CRP has something to do with the damage of brain. The rise in the level of serum hs-CRP may be a risk factor in the pathogenesis of the illness. Serum hs-CRP is instructively significant in treating the disease and estimating its prognosis.
