| 摘 要： | 目的阐述该院病案室适应医药卫生体制改革，做好病案管理工作。方法从三个方面探索病案管理工作。（1）建立三级质控制度；（2）加强人才培养，努力提高病案质控人员整体素质；（3）建立病案质量奖惩制度。结果病案管理做到了科学、规范、优质、高效、安全。结论优化病案管理工作能更好地适应医药卫生体制改革。
