硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压综合征的临床疗效

目的探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压综合征(妊高征)的临床疗效。方法选取南昌县中医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的妊高征患者66例,按照奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用硝苯地平治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后收缩压、舒张压,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善血压,且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 66 cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected from January 2017 to January 2019 in Nanchang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the parity method,33 cases each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,the observation group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect,systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the systolic and diastolic pressures in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine have an exact clinical effect for pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,which can effectively improve blood pressure,and with high safety.
