他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效

目的探讨他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法选取阳江市人民医院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的难治性肾病综合征患者66例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组予以醋酸泼尼松片联合注射用环磷酰胺治疗,观察组予以他克莫司联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后尿蛋白、血清蛋白、血肌酐(Scr)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组尿蛋白、血清蛋白、TG、TC、Scr比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组尿蛋白、TG、TC、Scr低于对照组,血清蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善肾功能,且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 66 cases of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome were selected from February 2017 to February 2019 in Yangjiang People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets combined with cyclophosphamide for injection,the observation group was treated with tacrolimus combined with prednisone acetate tablets.Clinical effect,urine protein,serum protein,Scr,TG,TC before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in urine protein,serum protein,TG,TC or Scr between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of urine protein,TG,TC and Scr were lower than control group,and serum protein was higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoid have an exact clinical effect for refractory nephrotic syndrome,which can effectively improve renal function,and with high safety.
