| 摘 要： | Tahyna病毒(Tahyna virus, TAHV)2007年在位于青藏高原的青海省格尔木市分离到,后续研究证实青海省新分离TAHV是引起当地发热性疾病的新病原,TAHV感染成为我国除乙脑、登革之外的第三种蚊虫传播病毒性疾病。本文从生物学特征、自然循环、人畜动物流行病学、临床致病特点等方面对青海省TAHV相关研究结果等进行系统综述。

| Abstract: | Tahyna virus (TAHV) was isolated from mosquitoes collected in Geermu city of Qinghai Province in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China in 2007. Further investigation confirmed TAHV cases in the rural areas of Geermu city, Qinghai, where TAHV has previously been isolated. The disease caused by TAHV infection has been reported in local febrile patients. Furthermore, TAHV infection is another known mosquito-borne arboviral disease in addition of Japanese encephalitis and Dengue fever in China. In this review, we will introduce TAHV and related infections in local residents and livestocks in Qinghai. |
