布氏菌与巨噬细胞的相互作用机制

摘    要:布氏菌病是由布氏菌感染引起的、严重的人兽共患传染病。病原是一种革兰氏阴性、兼性胞内寄生菌。巨噬细胞既是重要的固有免疫应答细胞同时又是布氏菌感染的重要靶细胞,布氏菌进入宿主后在一系列毒力因子的帮助下侵入宿主的巨噬细胞中,并通过多种机制抵抗巨噬细胞的杀菌作用,有利于其在巨噬细胞内生存和繁殖;同时巨噬细胞也可通过一系列机制抵抗布氏菌的感染。通过研究布氏菌与巨噬细胞的相互作用机制对于布氏菌病的防治具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The pathogen of brucellosis is a Gram-negative, facultative intracellular bacterium. Macrophages are not only the important cells of the innate immune response but also the main target cells of Brucella. After entering into hosts, Brucella can invade macrophages with the help of a series of virulence factors and resist the bactericidal effect of macrophages by many mechanisms, which is good for Brucella to survive and reproduce in macrophages. At the same time, macrophages also resist the infection of Brucella through a series of mechanisms. Researching the interaction mechanisms between Brucella and macrophages has important guiding meaning to the prevention and treatment of brucellosis.
