大型公立医院新冠肺炎救治应急管理体系构建及协同运行的实践探索

医院作为抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的主力军,在疫情防控中发挥了一线重要作用。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院作为疫情防控省级定点医院,见事早、行动快、措施实、力度强,迅速成立COVID-19专项应急指挥系统,通过双融合、双联动的战略路径,从源头上确保组织全覆盖、学科全融合、管理全过程,有序开展COVID-19患者救治工作。文章对此进行了总结,并提出了进一步加强和完善大型公立医院应对突发重大公共卫生事件应急机制的相关建议。

Practical Exploration of the Construction and Coordinated Operation of Emergency Management System for COVID-19 in Large Public Hospitals

As the main force in fighting against the new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19), the hospital has played an important role in the epidemic prevention and control. As the provincial-level designated hospital for epidemic prevention and control, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, seeing things early, acting fast, taking practical measures, and strength efforts, quickly established the COVID-19 special emergency command system, through a strategic path of dual integration and dual linkage, From the source, ensure the full coverage of the organization, the integration of the disciplines, and the entire management process, and carry out the treatment of COVID-19 patients in an orderly manner. The article summarize and puts forward relevant suggestions to further strengthen and improve the emergency mechanism of large public hospitals to respond to major public health emergencies.
