卡维地洛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效

目的探讨卡维地洛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取南昌县中医院2017年11月—2018年11月收治的老年充血性心力衰竭患者46例,按照抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组23例。对照组予以基础治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上予以卡维地洛治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组HR、SBP、DBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组HR、SBP、DBP低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能和临床症状,且安全性较高。

Clinical effect of carvedilol on elderly patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of carvedilol on elderly patients with congestive heart failure.Methods A total of 46 cases of elderly patients with congestive heart failure were selected from November 2017 to November 2018 in Nanchang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic therapy,while the experimental group was treated with carvedilol on the basis of basic therapy.Clinical effect,HR,SBP,DBP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant differences in HR,SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the experimental group of HR,SBP and DBP were lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol have an exact clinical effect for elderly patients with congestive heart failure,which can effectively improve the cardiac function and clinical symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
