公立医院内部财务治理现代化建设探析

当前,我国公立医院内部财务治理制度建设有待加强,存在制度执行不到位、财务监督作用未完全发挥、财务决策支持职能未完全体现等问题。对此,需要加强制度建设,落实财务监督职能,提升财务治理能力,实现与现代医院管理制度相适应的公立医院内部财务治理现代化。

Analysis of Modern Construction of Internal Financial Governance in Public Hospitals

At present, the construction of the internal financial governance system of public hospitals in China needs to be strengthened.There are problems such as the inadequate implementation of the system, the insufficient role of financial supervision, the incomplete reflection of the financial decision support function, and so on. In this regard, it is necessary to strengthen system construction, implement financial supervision functions, and enhance financial governance capabilities, then to realize the modernization of internal financial governance in public hospitals and compatible with modern hospital management systems.
