石渠县2001-2013年鼠疫疫源地流行病学分析

摘    要:目的 分析石渠县2001-2013年青海田鼠鼠疫疫源地监测数据。方法 运用Excel统计分析石渠县鼠疫疫源地监测数据。结果 2001-2013年青海田鼠平均密度是244.73只/ha;青海田鼠体蚤12 733匹,3科4属8种,蚤指数为0.90、染蚤率为42.96%;青海田鼠巢蚤22 512匹,3科4属8种,染蚤率为100%、蚤指数为55.59;夜行鼠420只,3目4科5属9种和1种未定的水栖鼠;血清学检测青海田鼠血清1 787份,阳性率为5.60%,牧犬血清784份,阳性率9.54%;自毙青海田鼠鼠疫菌检出率为14.57%,活体青海田鼠鼠疫菌检出率为0.22%。结论 石渠县动物鼠疫继续流行,应做好鼠疫防治工作。

Abstract:We analysed the monitoring data of plague foci from 2001 to 2013 in Shiqu County, China by Excel. Results showed that from 2001 to 2013, the density of Microtus fuscus was 244.73 individuals/ha. The Microtus fuscus carried 12 733 fleas belonging to 3 family, 4 genus and 8 species, whose flea infected rate was 42.96%, and flea index was 0.90. The nests of Microtus fuscus carried 22 512 fleas belonging to 3 family, 4 genus and 8 species, and its flea infected rate was 100%, and flea index was 55.59. We trapped 420 nocturnal mice which belonging 3 order, 4 family, 5 genus and 9 species, and pulsing an undefined aquatic rat. Serum positive rate of Microtus fuscus was 5.60%, and the shepherd was 9.54%. The rate of caught bacteria of live Microtus fuscus was 0.22%, and 14.57% for dead Microtus fuscus. In conclusion, the animal plague in Shiqu County was still active, and more attention should be Paid to monitor plague epidemiology.
