中西医结合治疗对幽门螺杆菌感染性胃溃疡患者临床疗效、胃黏膜的影响研究

目的:对中西医结合治疗对幽门螺杆菌感染性胃溃疡患者临床疗效、胃黏膜的影响进行研究。方法:选我院50例幽门螺杆菌感染性胃溃疡患者为对象,随机分成2组,对照组常规治疗,试验组中西医结合,对两组结果进行比较。结果:治疗后,试验组患者溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌清除率与对照组相比显著偏高,P<0.05;试验组患者的腺体密度、胃黏膜厚度与活动性炎症浸润以及慢性炎症细胞浸润得分与对照组相比显著偏优,P<0.05。结论:对于幽门螺杆菌感染性的胃溃疡患者来说,实施中西医结合可以显著提高患者的疗效,改善病人胃黏膜的形态。

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Clinical Efficacy and Gastric Mucosa of Patients with Helicobacter Pylori Infected Gastric Ulcer

Objective: To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the clinical efficacy and gastric mucosa of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: Fifty patients with Helicobacter pylori-infective gastric ulcer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated conventionally. The test group was combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results: After treatment, the ulcer healing rate and H. pylori clearance rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05;the glandular density, gastric mucosal thickness and active inflammatory infiltration and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration in the experimental group The score was significantly better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: For patients with Helicobacter pylori infectious gastric ulcer, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the curative effect of patients and improve the shape of gastric mucosa.
