连续硬膜外麻醉在乙型肝炎病毒感染产妇剖宫产术中的应用效果

目的探讨连续硬膜外麻醉在乙型肝炎病毒感染产妇剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月于芦溪县妇幼保健院行剖宫产术的乙型肝炎病毒感染产妇40例作为观察组,另选择同期在本院行剖宫产术的未携带乙型肝炎病毒产妇40例作为对照组。两组均行连续硬膜外麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、麻醉起效时间、麻醉完善时间、并发症发生率。结果两组麻醉效果优良率、麻醉起效时间、麻醉完善时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连续硬膜外麻醉在乙型肝炎病毒感染产妇剖宫产术中的应用效果良好,但可增加置管出血率及低血压、心率减慢等并发症发生率,应引起临床重视。

Effect of continuous epidural anesthesia in cesarean section of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus infection

Objective To explore the effect of continuous epidural anesthesia in cesarean section of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus infection.Methods A total of 40 cases of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus infection who underwent cesarean section were selected from May 2016 to may 2018 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Luxi County as the observation group,and 40 pregnant women who did not carry hepatitis B virus during the same period were selected as the control group.Continuous epidural anesthesia was performed in both groups.The anesthesia effect,starting time,perfecting time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in excellent and good rate,starting time,perfecting time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous epidural anesthesia has a good effect in cesarean section of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus infection,but it can increase the incidence of bleeding,hypotension,heart rate slowing and other complications,which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
