中医熏药疗法辅助治疗膝骨关节炎效果观察

目的观察中药熏蒸疗法辅助治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年10月贺家坪镇中心卫生院外科收治的膝骨关节炎患者86例,参考患者入院时间及患者个人意愿分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受中药熏蒸治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的65.12%(χ~2=10.118,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上给予中药熏蒸疗法治疗膝骨关节炎,可有效改善患者的临床症状,促使患者膝骨关节功能快速恢复,临床效果较好,具有临床推广使用价值。

Effect of chinese medicine fumigation therapy on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on knee osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2017 to October 2018,86 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Surgery of Hejiaping Town Central Hospital were selected.Referenced patients admission time and patient personal wishes,they were divided into observation group and control group,each of 43 cases.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group received fumigation treatment with traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 65.12%in the control group(χ~2=10.118,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine fumigation therapy for knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the rapid recovery of knee joint function,have good clinical effect,and have clinical application value.
