摘    要:目的建立一测多评法(QMSA)同时测定决明子中橙黄决明素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚4种蒽醌类成分的方法,并验证该法在决明子质量控制中应用的可行性。方法以大黄素为内参物,采用2种校正方法分别建立橙黄决明素、大黄酚与大黄素甲醚的相对校正因子(fk/s),计算各成分的量,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定另3种成分的量,并比较QMSA法计算值与实测值的差异,以验证QMSA法的可行性和准确性。结果建立了决明子中橙黄决明素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的fk/s;6批决明子中4种成分QMSA法的计算值与实测值间无显著差异。结论 QMSA法能准确地测定决明子中4种蒽醌类成分,可运用于决明子蒽醌类成分的多指标质量评价。

Abstract:Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single mark (QMSA) for determining the contents of four anthraquinones (aurantio-obtusin, emodin, rhubarb, and physcion) from Cassiae Semen, and verify the feasibility of this method in quality control. Methods The medicinal material of Cassiae Semen was used as the research object, emodin was used as reference, two kinds of correction methods were used to establish the relative correction factor (fk/s) of aurantio-obtusin, emodin, and physcion. The amount of each component was calculated, at the same time using the external standard method for determination of the three components, comparing the difference between calculated values of QMSA and measured value to validate the feasibility and accuracy of QMSA. Results The relative correction factors of aurantio-obtusin, emodin, and physcion were established, without significant difference between the calculated values by QMSA and measured values. Conclusion The experimental QMSA method can accurately determine the contents of the four anthraquinones in Cassiae Semen, and can be used in the multi-index evaluation in Cassiae Semen anthraquinones constituents.
