| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服茵陈退黄合剂结合光疗治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法将确诊为病理性黄疸的新生儿随机分为2组。对照组30例,给予间歇光疗(蓝光照射12 h后停16 h,累积光疗时间不超过72 h)。实验组33例,给予短期光疗(蓝光照射12 h后停16 h,累积光疗时间不超过24 h),同时给予茵陈退黄合剂,少量多次频服,50 mL/d。结果实验组的黄疸消退时间较对照组缩短,且其有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前、后总胆红素下降水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵陈退黄合剂结合光疗治疗新生儿病理性黄疸较单纯光疗临床疗效显著,不良反应小,有利于新生儿生长发育。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Yinchentuihuang mixture combined with phototherapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemi.Methods 63 neonates suffered from hyperbilirubinemi were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group was treated solely with phototherapy,and the therapeutic group was treated with Yinchentuihuang mixture combined with phototherapy.Results The decrease of the levels of percutaneous bilirubin concentration and serum bilirubin concentration in the therapeutic group was larger than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinchentuihuang mixture combined with phototherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with less adverse effect. |
