PDGF在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)及微血管密度的表达,为探讨子宫内膜癌的发病机制和子宫内膜癌的抗血管生成治疗提供理论依据。方法:用免疫组化染色方法和显微图像分析技术检测40例子宫内膜癌石蜡包埋组织、20例子宫内膜不典型增生组织及20例正常子宫内膜组织中PDGF及微血管密度的表达。结果:PDGF在正常内膜与子宫内膜不典型增生组织中的表达无明显差异(P〉0.05),而在子宫内膜癌中的表达要显著高于在正常内膜和不典型增生内膜中的表达(P〈0.05)。在中分化与低分化中表达的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),在高分化中的表达要低于在中、低分化中的表达(P〈0.05)。在有肌层浸润者中的表达明显高于在正常子宫内膜中的表达(P〈0.05);在浸润浅肌层者中的表达与浸润深肌层者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。用spearman相关分析MVD与PDGF表达的关系.MVD与PDGF的相关系数为r=-0.848(P=-0.000),MVD与PDGF成正相关。结论:PDGF在子宫内膜癌中的表达水平高于其在正常子宫内膜中的表达,且与MVD成正相关,说明其可能在子宫内膜癌的血管生成机制中起一定作用。其在中低分化中的表达无显著差异,且与肌层浸润无明显关系,说明可能在子宫内膜癌的早期发挥作用。

The expressions of PDGF in endometrial cancer

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of PDGF and its relation to angiogenesis in endometrial cancer (EC) so as to learn the mechanism of tumorigenesis in EC and to offer the theoretic basis to the antiangiogenic therapy of endometrial cancer. Methods: Select 40 cases of endometrial cancer, 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 20 cases of normal endometrium. All specimens were stained immunohistochemically for CD34 and PDGF identified immunohistochemically with specific antibody. Results: PDGF was significantly higher in endometrial cancer than in normal en dometrium and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium (P〈0.05). There were no significantly difference between normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium (P〉0.05). There were no significantly difference between in moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated (P〉0.05). It was lower in well differentiated than in moderately and poorly differentiated (P〈0.05). In which with muscular infiltrated it was higher than in normal endometrium (P〈0.05). Spearman correlation analysis was used to express the relationship between MVD and PDGF, r=0.848(P=0.000).They were positive correlation.Conclusion:We can illustrate that it may produce an effect in earlier stage of EC. MVD and PDGF were positive correlation, we can illustrate that PDGF may produce an effect in angiogenesis.
