| Abstract: | This paper aims at designing students' quality structure of knowledge and competence so as to foster their ability of technical application to meet the demands of the society. To establish a competence-based curriculum system by putting emphasis on the integration of basic theory and intensive practice of technical application and on the fostering of students' ability in practice, innovation and career development are necessary. It resuts in a new education mode of higher vocational through three years' course development. |
