输尿管镜气压弹道联合超声碎石对输尿管结石患者炎性状态及KGF、CysC及EGF的影响观察

摘    要:目的 观察输尿管镜气压弹道联合超声碎石对输尿管结石患者炎性状态及KGF、CysC及EGF的影响.方法 选取我院收治的89例输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜气压弹道联合超声碎石,观察治疗前后患者炎性状态及KGF、CysC、EGF指标的变化.结果 治疗后炎症息肉由4例降为1例,血清KGF由957.31 pg/mL降至502.74 pg/mL,CysC指标由1.19 mg/L降至0.86mg/L,EGF含量由26.71μg/L降至17.93μg/L,各项指标均明显下降.结论 输尿管镜气压弹道联合超声碎石对输尿管结石患者的炎性状态及KGF、CysC及EGF含量均有明显的改善作用,能够在不损伤患者肾脏的情况下得到较好的疗效.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy combined with ultrasound in theinflammatory state, KGF, CysC and EGF of patients with ureteral calculi. Methods 89 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital received the ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy combinedwith ultrasound. The patients’ inflammatory state, the changes of KGF, CysC, EGF before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, 4 cases of inflammatory polyp reduced to 1 case; all index decreased significantly with the serum KGF from 957.31 pg/mL to 502.74 pg/mL, CysC indicators from 1.19 mg/L to 0.86 mg/L and EGF content from 26.71 μg/L to 17.93 μg/L. Conclusions Ureteroscopy combined with ultrasound lithotripsy can obviously improve the inflammatory state and KGF, CysC and EGF contents in patients with ureteral calculi, with better curative effect without kidney damage.
