经皮椎体成形术在脊柱溶骨性肿瘤中应用的回顾性分析

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术在脊柱溶骨性肿瘤中的应用。方法选取我院在2004-2011年间收治的51例脊柱溶骨性肿瘤患者,其中,男性30例,年龄在41-69岁之间,女性21例,年龄在45-78岁之间,所有患者均经临床诊断为脊柱溶骨性肿瘤。将51例患者随机分为两组,观察组28例,对照组23例,观察组患者实行经皮椎体成形术进行治疗,对照组患者实行保守治疗,对所有患者的治疗过程进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。结果经过治疗,所有患者的病情均得到了一定程度的改善,在5-72h内疼痛缓解,痛苦减轻,观察组患者的治疗效果要显著优于对照组患者的治疗效果,对于实现患者病情的良好控制有较大的帮助。结论在治疗脊柱溶骨性肿瘤疾病的过程中,采用经皮椎体成形术治疗的效果较为显著,对于患者病情的控制和生活质量的提高有较大的帮助,因此,值得在临床推广应用。
