| 摘 要： | 目的:了解生殖器念珠菌病的致病菌种及其对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性.方法:采用真菌培养鉴定和药敏试剂盒对73例包皮龟头炎和外阴阴道炎患者临床标本进行菌种分离和药敏检测.结果:73例生殖器念珠菌病的前三位致病菌为白念珠菌(72.6%),近平滑念珠菌(10.96%)和热带念珠菌(6.85%).7种抗真菌药物的敏感性依次为制霉菌素(69.86%)、5-氟胞嘧啶(67.12%)、两性霉素B(64.38%)、氟康唑(35.62%)、酮康唑(28.77%)、伊曲康唑(21.92%)、咪康唑(16.44%).结论:本研究显示生殖器念珠菌病的主要致病菌为白念珠菌.制霉菌素、5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B敏感性高,唑类药物敏感性低.
