可吸收缝线吻合肌腱的疗效观察

目的 探讨可吸收缝线吻合肌腱的临床疗效。方法 2008年9月-2013年2月,131例肌腱离断患者随机分为两组：A组76例163条肌腱采用可吸收缝线吻合,B组55例114条肌腱采用非吸收缝线吻合,观察其临床疗效。结果全部患者均获得随访8-13个月,平均10个月,伤口均甲级愈合,均未发生肌腱缝线断裂。术后患指功能：A组优124例,良23例,可16例,差0例,优良率90.18%%;B组优75例,良18例,可15例,差6例,优良率81.58%%;两组优良率相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 用可吸收缝线吻合肌腱可取得较好疗效。

The Curative Effect of Inosculate Tendon with Absorbable Suture

Objective To approach the curative effect of inosculate tendon with absorbable suture. Methods Between September 2008 and February 2013, 131 cases of tendon damage were divided randomely into two groups. GroupA：76 cases （163 tendons）were performed tendon repair with absorbable suture;group B：55 cases（114 tendons）were performed tendon repair with nonabsorbable suture, to compare the curative effect of two groups. Results All patients were followed up average 10 months （8-13 months）, all wounds gained the first rate concrescent, no tendon break. The postoperative function of two groups：Group A：124 tendons get excellent,23 tendons get good,16 tendons get better,0 tendons get diference,the excellent and good rate was 90. 18%%. Group B：75 tendons get excellent,18 tendons get good,15 tendons get better,6 tendons get diference,the excellent and good rate was 81. 58%%. The difference rate of excellent and good have statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of inosculate tendon with absorbable suture can get better curative effect.
