护理干预在预防体外循环心脏手术后患者ICU综合征的应用研究

目的探讨护理干预在降低体外循环心脏手术后患者ICU综合征发生率的价值。方法选择接受体外循环心脏手术患者70例,其中2010年1月至9月30例患者为对照组,2013年1月至10月40例患者为观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施系统化护理干预。比较两组ICU综合征发生率、患者的焦虑值和谵妄值、ICU入住时间、患者满意度。结果观察组患者ICU综合征发生率、焦虑值和谵妄值、ICU入住时间均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,患者满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预有利于降低体外循环心脏手术后患者ICU综合征发生率,有利于减轻患者症状、促进康复、缩短住ICU时间。

Research on Application of Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Postoperative ICU Syndrome in Patients with Cardiac Surgery with Cardiopulmonary Bypass.

Objective To explore the value of nursing intervention in reducing the incidence of postoperative ICU syndrome in patients with cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 70 cases of patients who have undergone cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass were selected in this research. 30 patients whose operation was from January 2010 to September 2010 were selected as the control group, while the rest 40 patients from January 2013 to October 2013 were as the observation group. The control group was given conventional nursing care, while the observation group was given nursing intervention in addition to the conventional nursing care. The two groups were compared in the incidence of ICU syndrome, anxiety and delirium of the patients, staying time in the ICU, and patients＇ satisfaction. Results ICU syndrome, anxiety and delirium of the patients, staying time in the ICU were all lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the patients＇ satisfaction were higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention is helpful in reducing the incidence of ICU syndrome in patients with cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass in ICU ward, which is beneficial to relieve patients＇ s ymptoms, promote healing and shorten the staying time in ICU.
