鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取符合标准的患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用传统鼻甲部分切除治疗,观察组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,比较二者临床疗效及并发症。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量及水肿时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患者总有效率95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率10.00%,明显低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎能有效恢复鼻腔正常通气,保护了下鼻甲的生理功能,术后并发症少,安全性高,是一种有效治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的方法。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of nasal endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group was treated with traditional turbinotomy, and the observation group was treated with plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature, then the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were compared. Results Operative time, blood loss and edema time in the observation group were better than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.00% , in control group was 77.50%, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). The postoperative complications rate in the observation group( 10% ) was lower than the control group ( 35.00% ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis can effectively recover the normal ventilation of nasal cavity, and protect the physiological function of the inferior turbinate. It was an effective method for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, for the advantage of less postoperative complications and higher safety.
