甲状腺全切术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的临床分析

目的分析研究甲状腺全切术治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的临床效果。方法总结该院收治的67例甲状腺乳头状癌患者的临床资料,按照手术方法不同划分为两组,对照组37患者采用腺叶部分切除术治疗,观察组30例患者采用甲状腺全切术治疗,分析比较两种手术方法的治疗效果。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术治疗且均无死亡,观察组患者的手术切除率、手术并发症发生率、术后肿瘤复发率、远处转移率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义。结论在甲状腺乳头状癌治疗中采用甲状腺全切术治疗效果显著,手术安全可靠,值得在临床中推广。

Clinical Analysis of Total Thyroidectomy for the Treatment of Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of total thyroidectomy for the treatment of thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma admitted in our hospital were summarized. And the patients were divided into two groups according to different methods of operation. 37 cases in the control group were treated by glandular lobe partial laryngectomy, and 30 cases in the observation group were treated by total thyroidectomy. The treatment effect of these two operation methods was analyzed and compared. Results All the patients in the two groups underwent the operation successfully, and no death occurred. The differences in the operation excision rate, operation complication rate, tumor recurrence rate after operation, distant metastasis rate between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant. Conclusion For thyroid papillary carcinoma, the effect of total thyroidectomy is significant, the operation is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
