个体化护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗依从性的影响

目的 观察个体化护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗依从性的影响。方法 将132例乳腺癌术后接受化疗的患者随机等分为常规护理组（对照组）和个体化护理干预组（观察组）。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个体化护理干预,并观察患者的负性心理及依从性来评价。结果 接受个体化护理干预患者的焦虑度及依从性方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对乳腺癌术后化疗的患者实施个体化护理干预,可明显改善乳腺癌患者术后化疗依从性,有利于规范化疗的顺利进行,提高了患者的生存质量。

TheEffect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Chemotherapy Compliance of Breast Cancer Patients

Objective To observe the individualized nursing intervention for breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy compliance. Methods 132 cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into routine nursing group （ control group） and individualized nursing intervention group （ observation group） . Control group given conventional nursing, the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention, and observe the patient＆#39;s negative psychology and adherence to evaluation. Results Accept the individualized nursing intervention in patients with anxiety and compliance is better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy, can significantly improve the breast cancer patients postoperative chemotherapy compliance, is conducive to the smooth progress of standardized treatment, improve the quality of life of patients.
