密固达治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床分析

目的分析密固达治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床效果。方法对2012年1月至2013年10月于我院收治的36例糖尿病性骨质疏松患者,在治疗糖尿病的同时,采用密固达5mg静脉滴注治疗骨质疏松,6个月后观察治疗效果。结果 36例患者疼痛均有不同程度缓解,治疗后疼痛评分较治疗前明显降低,P〈0.05;骨密度检查显示腰椎、股骨颈、股骨粗隆和华氏三角区骨密度增加,P〈0.05。结论密固达治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松能显著改善临床症状,增加骨密度,降低骨折发生风险。

Clinical Analysis of Aclasta in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Osteoporosis.

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of aclasta in the treatment of diabetes complicated with osteoporosis. Methods 36 cases with diabetes complicated with osteoporosis in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to October 2013 were treated with aelasta. The clinical effect of the drug therapy was observed after six months. Results After treatment, 36 cases were improved inordinately in pain, the pain score after treatment lower than prior treatment, P 〈 0. 05 ; bone density examination showing increase in the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine, femoral neck, trochanter, and Fahrenheit triangle values, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Combined therapy diabetes complicated with osteoporosis with aelasta can significantly improve the symptoms of osteoporosis, increase density, and prevent fracture caused by osteoporosis.
