| 摘 要： | 目的探讨整体护理在小儿鼾症手术治疗中的应用效果。方法对我科102例小儿鼾症患者分别在围手术期应用整体护理及常规护理,比较两种方法的效果。结果术后整体护理组痊愈58例,好转12例,无效0例;对照组痊愈22例,好转10例,无效0例。术后整体护理组窒息0例,对照组1例;出血：整体护理组：0例,对照组2例。感染：整体护理组1例,对照组3例。整体护理组效果显著。结论通过对小儿鼾症患者实施整体护理,减少了术后并发症,提高了手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of holistic nursing in Children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods Comparison of the effects of the two methods, Section 102 cases of snoring in children in the perioperative period bollstie nursing and routine care. Results The holistic nursing group healed in 58 cases, 12 cases improved, 0 ineffective;The control group, 22 cases were cured, 10 cases improved, 0 ineffective. The holistic nursing group suffocation 0 cases Patients, in the control group 1 patients ; bleeding ： the holistic nursing group ： 0 cases, two cases of the control group. Infection ： holistic nursing 1 patients, 3 cases of the control group. Significant effect of holistic nursing group. Conclusion Through the implementation of holistic nuring care in childhood snoring disease, decrease the postoperative complication and enhance the surgical success rate. |
