阿伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流患者冠状动脉贮备功能和超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的探讨阿伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流患者冠脉贮备功能（CFR）和超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）的影响。方法选择冠脉慢血流的患者68例,所有患者随机分为治疗和对照组,对照组（34例）予常规治疗,治疗组（34例）在常规治疗基础上加用阿伐他汀20 mg/d,治疗6个月测定两组患者的血脂,hsCRP及CFR水平。结果治疗组TC,LDL-C,hsCRP水平均明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（t=5.63,5.22,4.86;P〈0.05）;bCFV明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=5.86,P〈0.05）,hCFV和CFR治疗组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=5.97,5.56,P〈0.05）。结论冠状动脉慢血流患者经过阿伐他汀治疗可以有效改善冠脉贮备功能。

Effects of Atorvastatin on Coronary Flow Reserve and High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Slow Coronary Flow

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on coronary flow reserve（CFR） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hsCRP） in patients with slow coronary flow. Methods A total of 68 patients with slow coronary flow were included in this study and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group（n = 34） were given the conventional treatment, and the treatment group（n = 34） were given atorvastatin 20 mg/d on the basis of the conventional treatment. The blood lipid, hsCRP and CFR levels of the two groups of patients were measured after 6 months of treatment. Results The TC, LDL-C,hsCRP levels of the treatment group decreased significantly, compared with those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（t=5.63, 5.22, 4.86; P〈0.05）; bCFV of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（t=5.86, P〈0.05）; hCFV and CFR in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（t=5.97, 5.56, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin may effectively improve coronary flow reserve in patients with slow coronary flow.
