LEEP刀在144例宫颈疾病治疗中的临床价值研究

目的探讨LEEP刀在治疗宫颈疾病中的临床价值。方法将病理诊断为不同类型的宫颈疾病患者222例遵循随机自愿的原则分为两组,144例采用LEEP刀治疗（LEEP刀组）,78例采用微波治疗（微波组）,观察两组疗效。结果 LEEP刀在治疗Ⅰ度宫颈糜烂总有效率方面差异无统计意义。（P〉0.05）,但是治疗Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度糜烂以及CINI的效果明显优于微波治疗（P〈0.05或0.01）;在息肉、肥大及宫颈囊治疗肿方面总有效率与微波组大体相当（P〉0.05）,但是LEEP刀组治愈率明显高于微波组（P〈0.05）。结论 LEEP刀在治疗宫颈病变中效果较微波好,痊愈率高、复发率低,能够恢复宫颈正常大小及形态,而手术后可获得完整的标本便于病检,值得临床进一步研究推广。

The Clinical Value Study of LEEP Knife in the Treatment of 144 Patients with Cervical Diseases.

Objective To explore the clinical value of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical disease. Methods 222 patients diagnosed with different types of cervical disease by pathologicalwere randomly divided into two groups, 144 cases using LEEP knife treatment（ LEEP knife group）, and 78 cases with microwave therapy（ microwave group）, then, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results There were no differences in the total effect of LEEP knife treatment of cervical disease in I degree （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the treatment effects for second and third degree erosion and CINI were better than the microwave treatment（P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ） ; thetotal treatment efficiency for the polyps, cervical hypertrophy and capsule were roughly samewith the microwave group （P 〉 0. 05 ）, however, the cure rate of LEEP knife group was significantly higher than that of microwave group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of LEEP knife in cervical lesions were better than microwave with high cure rate and low recurrence rate, which could restore the cervical normal size and shape, and the specimen obtained after operation could be completed for pathological examination, and which was worthy of further clinical study and promotion.
