| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压前期（perhypertension）合并糖尿病患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）的改变。方法 122例患者,分为高血压前期合并糖尿病组（62例）和正常血压糖尿病组（60例）,经颈动脉超声检查测定颈动脉内-中膜厚度,比较两组的差别。结果 高血压前期合并糖尿病组颈动脉内-中膜厚度明显大于正常血压糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 高血压前期合并糖尿病组较血压正常糖尿病组更易引起颈动脉损害。

The Change of Carotid Artery Intima-media Thickness in Diabetic Patients with Prehypertension |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of carotid artery intima-media thickness in diabetic patients with prehypertesion. Methods 122 patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into perhypertesion group（62 cases）and normotension group（60 cases） . We measured the intima-media thickness（ IMT） by high-resolution ultrasound imaging. The differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results In the comparison diabetic patients with normotension group, the IMT of the carotid artery in diabetic patients with prehypertision group were significantly thicker（P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Carotid artery is more easily injured in diabetic patients with prehypertension than diabetic patients with normotension. |
