胸腺五肽治疗病毒感染相关性血小板减少症的疗效观察

目的 比较使用胸腺五肽前后患者外周血血小板数目上升的情况。方法 同期将40例病毒感染相关性血小板减少症患者随机分为2组,1组给予胸腺五肽肌肉注射,1组给予低剂量糖皮质激素（20mg/d）联合升血小板胶囊口服,用药7d,14d,21d,28d后观察比较患者外周血血小板上升情况。结果 胸腺五肽治疗组用药14d血小板数目明显上升,16例患者用药28d血小板上升至30×10^9/L以上,对照组用药28d的过程中血小板数目无明显改变。结论 胸腺五肽可通过免疫调节作用有效治疗病毒感染相关性血小板减少。

Curative Effect Observation of Five Thymus Peptide Therapy to Virus Infection Associated Thrombocytopenia

Objective The number of platelets in peripheral blood before and after thymus peptide using outer rise situation. Methods Over the same period,40 cases of virus infection associated thrombocytopenia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,The 1 group received intramuscular injection of five thymus peptide,The 1 group received low doses of Glucocorticoid （20mg/d）combined with shengxuexiaoban capsule,After 7 days,14 days,21 days,28 days of observation and comparison of platelets in peripheral blood of patients with increased. Results Five thymus peptide drug treatment group 14 days platelet count increased significantly,16 patients after 28 days of platelet increased to 30×10/L,the number of platelet process control group 28 days no significant change. Conclusion Five thymus peptide can reduce correlation immune platelet function is effective in the treatment of viral infection control.
