| 摘 要： | 目的 观察联合补中益气汤加减辅助治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法 将60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组：对照组30例,给予常规西药对症治疗;治疗组30例,除上述处理外,联合补中益气汤加减辅助治疗。结果 联合补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者总有效率达93.75%,高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且愈显率达73.3%;治疗组患者内镜下改善优于对照组。结论 联合补中益气汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Buzhongyiqitang adjuvant treatment in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups：the control group of 30 cases, treated with routine western medicine treatment;30 cases in the treatment group, in addition to above treatment, combined with Buzhongyiqitang adjuvant treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93. 75%, higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）, and markedly effective rate reached 73. 3%, than control group（P〈0. 01）;under endoscope the patients in the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Combined with Buzhongyiqitang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis have curative effect. |
