乳腺浸润性导管癌DNA图像分析

摘    要:目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌病理分级与DNA含量和倍体的关系。方法:将39例乳腺浸润性导管癌进行Feulgen染色,然后用图像分析系统进行DNA含量和倍体测定。结果:乳腺浸润性导管癌中各病理分级之间的DNA含量和倍体的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:光镜下病理学分级可和DNA图像分析联合应用,为临床判断患者预后及选择治疗方案提供依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the correlation between pathologic grading and DNA content and chromosome ploidy in vessel soaked in breast carcinoma. Methods:39 cases of vessel soaked in breast carcinoma were stained by Feulgen method, and then analyzed using color image analysis system. Results:Pathologic grading in vessel soaked in breast carcinoma correlated with DNA content and chromosome a ploidy ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Pathologic grading by microscope and DNA content and chromosome ploidy unite appliance can help to judge the metastasis potentiality and predict the disease.
