| 摘 要： | 面瘫为针灸科常见病种,其中顽固性面瘫临床上虽占少数,却令医治者颇为棘手。本文从顽固性面瘫辨经辨证取穴、刺法的掌握、灸法的应用及中药汤剂等方面重点介绍了广州中医药大学第一附属医院针灸科主任庄礼兴教授治疗此病的特点。虽为管窥之见,却也颇能反映庄教授对此病的临床学术观点,值得我们后学者参考借鉴。
