| 摘 要： | 目的：优选虎芍软肝片的制备工艺。方法：以大黄素、芍药苷为指标，应用L9(3^4)正交设计试验优选虎芍软肝片提取工艺。结果：正交试验优选的工艺条件为10倍量75％的乙醇回流煎煮3次，1．5h／次。结论：优选的制备工艺稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the preparation process of Hushao Ruangan Tablets.Methods:The optimum extraction conditions were studied by the orthogonal test with emodin and paeoniflorin as markers.Results:The optimum extraction process was adding 10 times amount of 75% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, 1.5 h each time. The extraction process could raise the yield of emodin and paeoniflorin.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and feasible. |
