血清Chemerin水平与原发性高血压患者左室肥厚的相关性研究

目的探讨血清Chemerin水平与原发性高血压患者左室肥厚（LVH）的相关性。方法选择2013年6月至2013年11月期间在中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院心血管内科住院的高血压患者149例男77例,女72例;年龄（67.12±11.06）岁]。根据入选患者的心脏多普勒超声检查结果,采用Devereux公式计算出左室质量指数（LVMI）并分组,其中LVMI〉125 g/m^2（男）和LVMI〉110 g/m^2（女）视为高血压合并LVH组,小于此标准的视为高血压不合并LVH组（NLVH组）。再选择同期的80例在我院体检中心体检结果正常的正常健康人作为对照组。详细采集研究对象的病史、检验以及辅助检查结果。通过酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定血清Chemerin水平。结果 （1）比较三组血清中Chemerin水平,LVH组血清Chemerin浓度高于正常对照组（t=8.530,P=0.000）;NLVH组血清Chemerin浓度高于正常对照组（t=3.232,P=0.026）;LVH组血清Chemerin浓度高于NLVH组（t=6.784,P=0.000）。（2）血清Chemerin浓度与LVMI呈正相关（r=0.827,P=0.000）。结论血清Chemerin水平与原发性高血压患者的左室肥厚存在正相关。

Correlation between serum Chemerin level and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the correlation between the of serum Chemerin level and occurrence of left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Totally 149 hypertensive patients, hospitalized from June 2013 to November 2013, were selected from the Cardiovascular Department of Haikou Affiliated Hospital of Xiangya Medical School, Central South University with 77 male cases, 72 female cases, average age of（67.12±11.06）]. According to the patients＇ Doppler echocardiography examination results and the left ventricular mass index（LVMI） which was calculated by adopting the Devereux formula, the patients were divided into two groups： the LVH group with patients＇ LVMI 〉125 g/m^2（male） and 110 g/m^2（female）, and the NLVH group with patients＇ LVMI less than the previous standard. Eighty healthy cases from the hospital＇s physical examination center were selected as control group in the same period. All subjects＇ medical history, test results, and auxiliary examination results were carefully collected. Serum Chemerin level was measured by method euzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results（1） By comparing the serum Chemerin levels of the three groups we found that： the serum Chemerin level of the LVH group was higher than that of the control group（t=8.530, P=0.000）; The serum Chemerin level of the NLVH group was higher than that of the control group（t=3.232, P=0.026）; the serum Chemerin level of the LVH group was higher than that of the NLVH group（t=6.784, P=0.000）.（2） The serum Chemerin concentrations were positively correlated with LVMI（r=0.827, P0.01）. Conclusion There was a positive correlation between the level of serum Chemerin and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension.
