缓解型多发性硬化临床护理研究

目的探讨缓解型多发性硬化的护理方法。方法回顾性分析30例患者的临床资料,并将其分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组采用综合护理方案进行护理,比较2组患者治疗后Barthe1日常生活活动能力评分、Kurtzke功能障碍状态评分、Lindmark运动功能评定中体位转移及行走评分以及疲劳严重程度评分（FSS）。结果 2组患者治疗后各项指标均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理方案能够显著提高缓解型多发性硬化患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Research on clinical nursing for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis

Objective To explore the nursing methods for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.Methods Clinical materialsof 30 patientswith relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosiswere analyzed retrospectively, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was conducted with conventional nursing while the observation group was conducted with comprehensive nursing.Scores of Barthe1 activity ability in daily life, Kurtzke dysfunction status, posture transferring as well as walking and fatigue severity score（FSS）of Lindmark motor function assessment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of indexes in both groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and scores of indexes in the observation were better than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing plan can significantly improve therapeutic efficacy of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis,so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
