摘    要:目的观察PDCA循环健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者疾病认知、呼吸功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法将98例COPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,使用自制问卷对比常规健康教育和PIX;A循环健康教育对COPD患者疾病认知、呼吸功能锻炼依从性的影响。结果采用PDCA循环健康教育的观察组COPD患者疾病认知、呼吸功能锻炼依从性优于采用常规健康教育的对照组(P〈0.05)。结论PDCA循环健康教育后,患者自我管理增强,再次住院率降低。

Abstract:Objective TO observe the influence of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) education on compliance of cognition and respiratory function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 98 COPD patients were equally divided into control group and observation group. The influence of routine health education and PDCA education on cognition and respiratory function in two groups were contrasted by questionnaire. Results Compliance of cognition and respiratory funetion in the observation group were superior to that in the control group(P〈0.05) Conclusion PDCA education could strengthen self-managing of patients and reduce hospitalization rate.
