| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下大汗腺切除术后的护理。方法回顾性分析2011年8月—2012年6月本院行腹腔镜下大汗腺切除术的围手术期护理方法及效果。结果本组20例患者疗效满意,术后无皮下出血、血肿,无皮瓣坏死,随访0.5-2年,无复发。2例皮下积液,经皮下穿刺抽液后治愈,1例右侧肋间臂神经损伤,术后3个月后自愈。结论术前充分准备和术后细心的护理对取得手术成功具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the postoperative nursing for patients with laparoscopic apocrine sweat gland resection. Methods Perioperative nursing methods and clinical efficacy of patients with laparoscopic apocrine sweat gland resection from August 2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 20 patients completed operations successfully,and no postoperative hemorrhage, hematoma and skin flap necrosis were observed. No recurrence cases were observed within the follow-up of 0.5-2 years. 2 patients with subcutaneous hydrops were cured by treatment of percutaneous puncture imbibitions. One patient with right intercostobrachial nerve injury spontaneously healed 3 months after operation. Conclusion Preoperative preparation and postoperative careful nursing are very important for success of operation. |
