辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效及对血清hs—CRP、IL-6水平的影响

目的探讨辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效及对血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响。方法选择2011年1月-2013年1月本院心内科收治的不稳定心绞痛患者80例，随机分为辛伐他汀组（辛伐他汀等常规治疗）和联合组（在辛伐他汀等治疗基础上加用氯吡格雷），观察治疗前后2组患者疗效及血清hs—CRP、IL-6水平的变化。结果治疗后联合组治疗总有效率为90．0％，明显高于辛伐他汀组的75．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组患者总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05），但2组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平组均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05），且联合组明显低于辛伐他汀组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论辛伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者可改善患者临床症状，具有协同抗炎、抗血栓作用，且用药安全性高。

Effect of simvastatin combined with clopidogrel on treatment of patients with unstable angina and its influence on serum hs-CRP and IL-6

Objective To explore effect of simvastatin combined with clopidogrel on treatment of patients with unstable angina and its influence on serum hs-CRP and IL-6. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups. Simvastatin group was treated with simvastatin and other conventional treatment, while the combined group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of simvastatin group. Efficacy and changes of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in combined group was 9 0. 0 % , which was significantly higher than 7 5.0 % in the simvastatin group （ P 0.05）. The levels of TC and TG decreased significantly in both groups （ P 〈 0.05）, and there were no significant differences between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 decreased significantly in both groups（P 〈 0.05）, and levels of serum hs- CRP and IL-6 in the combined group was significantly lower than those in the simvastatin group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of simvastatin combined with clopidogrel in treatment of patients with unstable angina can improve clinical symptoms.
