循证护理对泌尿外科患者术后舒适度及并发症的影响

目的探讨循证护理对泌尿外科患者术后舒适度及并发症的影响。方法选择本院2009年3月—2012年9月收治的240例泌尿外科手术患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组120例。观察组给予循证护理措施,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组患者术后舒适度和并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的护理舒适度如生理、心理、社会文化以及环境等4个维度评分均较对照组患者明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者术后并发症发生率仅为10.00%,明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.74,P〈0.05）。结论应用循证护理可显著降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者术后舒适度,有利于患者术后生活质量的提高,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of evidence-based nursing on postoperative comfort degree and complications in patients with urologic surgical procedures

Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on postoperative comfort degree and complications in patients with urologic surgical procedures.Methods 240 patients with urologic surgical procedures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 casesin each group. The observation group was conducted with evidence-based nursing,while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing. Postoperative comfort degree and complications were compared between two groups.Results Scores of nursing comfort degree in the aspects of physiological, psychological, social culture and environmental dimensions in the observation group were significantly improved than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（χ 2= 6.74, P 0.05）. Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, improve the postoperative comfort degree of patients and enhance the postoperative quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
