阶段化护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动能力和生活质量的影响

目的探讨阶段化护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将80例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组针对患者不同的恢复阶段采用阶段化护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组的完全依从和部分依从的比例显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组出院时上肢和下肢FMA评分Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的比例显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组出院前的生活能力显著高于对照组,生活质量总分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论阶段化护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动能力和生活质量的改善显著,有利于促进患者的肢体运动功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

Influence of stepwise nursing on motor capacity and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To explore the effect of stepwise nursing on the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was conducted with conventional nursing,while the observation group was conducted with stepwise nursing. Nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Ratesof full compliance and partial compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Ratio of patients with gradeⅢ andⅣ of upper and lower FMA scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Living capability before discharge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group as well（P 0.05）. Conclusion Application of stepwise nursing can significantly improve motor capacity and quality of life as well as promote the recovery of limbs functions in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
