专科护理在肝硬化合并消化道出血中的应用措施探讨

目的探讨肝硬化合并消化道出血的专科护理方法及效果。方法选择40例肝硬化合并消化道出血的患者为研究对象,给予病情观察、用药护理、心理护理、饮食护理等专科护理措施,总结护理效果。结果本组患者中无死亡病例,治愈30例,好转6例,有效率为90.0%;经治疗及护理后,患者胃液PH值显著提高,物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能等生活质量方面的评分显著提高（P〈0.05）;本组患者住院时间为（14.2±5.6）d,并发症发生率为5.0%,护理满意度为（97.5±2.5）分。结论加强肝硬化合并消化道出血患者的临床护理可提高治疗效果,减少并发症,提高满意度。

Discuss on application of specialized nursing in liver cirrhosis patients companying by gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To explore the method and effect of specialized nursing in liver cirrhosis companying by gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 40 liver cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were conducted specialized nursing such as disease observation,medication nursing, psychological nursing,diet nursing and so on.And the nursing effect was summarized. Results The overall efficiency was 90% with 30 cured patients, 6 improved patients and no dead patients. It revealed that pHof gastric juice was greatly improved and score of life quality in material life,body function,psychological function after the treatment and nursing were significantly increased（P 0.05）.Hospitalization time,incidence rate of complications and the score of satisfactory degree of nursing were 4.2± 5.6 days, 5% and 97.5± 2.5 respectively. Conclusion The reinforcement of clinical nursing could enhance the therapeutic effect, reduce the complications and increase satisfactory degree for liver cirrhosis patients companying by gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
