高校教师慢性疲劳综合征及其影响因素研究

目的了解慢性疲劳综合征（Chronic Fatigue Syndrome，CFS）在高校教师中的患病情况及其影响因素，为CFS的防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法对南昌市5所高校教师进行问卷调查，用Logistic回归分析探讨CFS发生的影响因素。结果68.4％的高校教师有不同程度的疲劳，CFS患病率为13．8％。多因素分析结果提示，影响高校教师CFS的主要危险因素有教学任务繁重（OR=1.358），日均睡眠时间短（OR=1.760）和工作压力大（OR=1．609）；而家庭氛围融洽（OR=0．600）、喜欢本职工作（OR=0．582）和适当进行娱乐活动（OR=0．627）为其保护因素。结论高校教师CFS的发生与教学任务、日均睡眠时间、工作压力、家庭氛围、是否喜欢本职工作以及娱乐活动频率有关。

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Related Influencing Factors in College Teachers

Objective To know the distribution of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) in college teachers and its related influencing factors,and to provide scientific basis for CFS prevention.Methods The teachers from 5 colleges in Nanchang were investigated with a cluster sampling method and the influencing factors were analyzed by using logistic regression analysis.Results About 68.4% of the teachers had different ranges of fatigue;the prevalence rate of CFS was 13.8%.Multivariate analysis indicated that the main risk factors were heavy burden of teaching(OR=1.358),less sleeping time(OR=(1.760)) and heavy pressure of work(OR=1.609) and the protective factors were harmonious family atmosphere(OR=0.600),being interested in teaching(OR=0.582) and participating in entertainment activities(OR=0.627).Conclusion CFS in college teachers have relationship with the burden of teaching,sleeping time,pressure of work,family atmosphere,being interested in teaching or not and the frequency of entertainment.
