自编DTI模式在Logiq 7彩超中的应用研究

目的探讨自编DTI模式在Logiq 7彩超中的应用研究.方法采用Logiq 7的低通滤波功能,适当调整能量输出、脉冲多普勒增益、脉冲重复频率,获取DTI频谱图;并用此法对61例高血压患者和20例正常人的左室舒张功能的四项参数(Va/Ve、MVGe、A/E和TVIa/TVImv)作了比较,还对DTI方法与二尖瓣血流频谱法作了相关性分析.结果反映左室舒张功能的Va/Ve、MVGe、A/E和TVIa/TVImv四项参数的平均值,在高血压组与对照组中存在着非常显著性差异(P＜0.001);在高血压组中,Va/Ve比值的敏感性高于A/E比值;MVGe的正确性也高于A/E比值.相关分析表明Va/Ve比值与A/E、TVIa/TVImv比值之间呈正相关;但高血压组的相关性低于对照组;而MVGe与A/E、TVIa/TVImv比值之间无相关意义.结论 Logiq 7彩超中自编DTI模式所测结果与国内外文献报告一致,能满足临床的定量分析,可以推广应用.

Application and Study on Self-made DTI Pattern in Logiq 7 Color Doppler

Objective To probe into the application of self-made DTI pattern in Logiq 7 color Doppler.Methods The low wall filter function of Logiq 7,was adopted and the energy output,plused Doppler gain,pulsed repeated frequency were adjusted properly,then DTI spectral map was obtained.Sixty-one cases with hypertension (H group) and 20 normal subjects as control (C group) were examined with the DTI spectral map.The left ventricular diastolic function indices ( Va/Ve,MVGe,A/E and TVIa/TVImv,4 items ) in H group were compared with those of the C group.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in all the mean values of the 4 parameters (all P<0.001).In the H group,the sensitivity of Va/Ve and the accuracy rate of MVGe were higher than those of the C group respectively.The value of Va/Ve positively correlated with those of A/E,TVIa/TVImv respectively in the H group but with lower rate than those of the C group correspondingly.However,The value of MVGe had no correlation with A/E and TVIa/TVImv respectively.Conclusions The tested results of self-made DTI pattern were consistent with the literature reports in domestic and abroad,which can satisfy clinical quantitative analysis and can be widely applicated.
