摘    要:目的:研究短期抗阻训练对控制食欲相关激素(胰岛素,瘦素,脂联素和ghrelin)与皮质酮的影响.方法:32只体质量为(3304-5)g的8wk龄sD大鼠,随机分为两组,给予基础饲料.一组为对照组,另一组进行为期5wk的运动训练.结果:5wk后训练组体质量下降6.4%,总摄食量减少了11%,训练可以降低胰岛素和ghrelin水平,增加皮质酮水平.结论:中等强度训练可以降低调节摄食的相关激素的水平,有效地控制体质量.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate effect of short force resistance exercises on regulatory honrmones of food intake (insulin, adiponectin, leptin and ghrelin) and corticosterone. METHODS: Thirty-two 8-week-old SD rats weighing ( 330 ± 5 ) g were randomly divided into 2 equal groups and fed with basic diet. One group served as control and the other group was subject to a 5-week exercise training. RESULTS: The 5-week exercise training reduced the rat body weight by 6.4% and the total food intake by 11%. The training lowered the insulin and ghrlein levels but increased the corticosterone level. CONCLUSION: Exercise of moderate intensity and duration lowers the hormones that regulate food intake and limits overweight.
