| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃及胃食管交界部疾病腹腔镜手术治疗的可行性和安全性。方法2004年5月至2009年6月期间我科共59例患者因胃及胃食管交界部疾病接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对手术方法、技巧以及患者围手术期处理、术后并发症和疗效进行分析和评价。结果除1例全胃癌患者中转开腹外,其余均在腹腔镜下成功完成手术。未发生近期并发症。胃癌患者术后随访平均36个月(1～60个月),未出现戳孔种植转移病例。1例患者术后12个月死于肝转移。直接法计算3年生存率为93.3%(14/15)。结论腹腔镜胃及胃食管交界部疾病手术可行,并具有安全、微创的特点,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic operation of gastric and gastroesophageal junction diseases.
