副乳腺癌13例临床分析

目的　探讨副乳腺癌的诊断和综合治疗方法。方法　对 195 8年 10月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月收治的 13例副乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果　随访至 2 0 0 2年 12月 ,4例出现远处转移 ,并死于该病 ,1例死于其它疾病 ,余 8例健在。 5年生存率 41.7% ( 5 /12 )。结论　副乳腺癌是 1种罕见但预后较差的恶性肿瘤。诊断主要依靠影像学检查和术后病理结果 ,综合治疗有助于提高生存率

Analysis of 13 Cases of Accessory Breast Cancer

Objective To analysis the diagnosis and combined therapy of accessory breast cancer.Methods 13 patients with accessory breast cancer were admitted from December 1958 to December 2002 and their documents were retrospectively analysed.Results Follow-up to December 2002,4 patients died of long-distance metastases,one patient died of other disease and eight patients were still alive.The 5-year survival rate was 46.2%(6/13).Conclusion Accessory breast cancer is rare but aggressive.The diagnosis is mainly taken on postoperative pathology and imaging results.Combined therapy probably could improve the survival rate.
